Some are worth more than others. For example: Post-mortem photos are in big demand and harder to find so their value can go as high as $400 and even higher if the photograph is a daguerreotype.
Also certain small carte de vistites can go as high as $500 like the recent one sold on ebay of Charles Darwin.
Long hair women are sought after by collectors. I've seen some real photo postcards of very long hair women go as high as $200. This cdv below went for $107.
Most tin types, carte de visites, cabinet photos and real photo postcards are still very affortable. I recently sold this cdv for only $15.
